Zotëria nga Kavaja ka problemin e bllokimit të pagës nga ana e përmbarimit për një kredi të pashlyer. Jemi të lumtur që arritëm në një marrëveshje me institucionin e mikrokredisë dhe që veprimet e përmbarimit u ndaluan.Bllokimi i pagës nuk mund të jetë i plotë që të mos lejojë mbijetesën e kredimarrësit, sipas ligjit shqiptar në fuqi. Neni 533 i Kodit të Procedurës Civile garanton minimumin jetik për debitorët. Fatkeqësisht, kemi vënë re që përmbarimi dhe bankat nuk e kanë marrë parasysh dhe kanë bllokuar krejt pagën e një debitori, në shkelje të këtij neni.Projekti “Zgjerimi i shërbimit të ndihmës juridike falas për gratë dhe burrat në Shqipëri” zbatohet nga Programi i Kombeve të Bashkuara për Zhvillim (PNUD) në partneritet me Ministrinë e Drejtësisë dhe me mbështetjen financiare të Bashkëpunimit Austriak për Zhvillim (ADC).” UNDP Albania

The gentleman from Kavaja has the problem of blocking the salary from the enforcement side for an unpaid loan. We are happy that we reached an agreement with the microcredit institution and that the enforcement actions were stopped.The blocking of the salary cannot be complete in order not to allow the survival of the borrower, according to the Albanian law in force. Article 533 of the Code of Civil Procedure guarantees the vital minimum for debtors. Unfortunately, we noticed that the enforcement and the banks did not take into account and blocked the entire salary of a debtor, in violation of this article.The project “Expanding the free legal aid service for women and men in Albania” is implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and with the financial support of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC).
