Javës së shkuar u trajnuam rreth sfidave për krijimin e sindikatave dhe procesit të hartimit dhe negocimit të kontratës kolektive.
Temat kryesorë që u diskutuan në këtë trajnim përfshinin konceptet rreth sindikatës, llojeve të saj, rolet dhe vlerat në të cilat bazohen dhe se si mund të përdoren këto sindikata për të garantuar, në mënyrë të organizuar, të drejtat në punë.
Ky trajnim u zhvillua me lehtësimin dhe ndarjen e eksperiencës së Novi Sindikat, të cilët punojnë prej tre dekadash në Kroaci për të garantuar më shumë të drejta në punë për punonjësit e sektorëve të ndryshëm, duke ofruar një qasje të re kundrejt sindikatave të vjetra atje, kontrata kolektive, hapat për të krijuar sindikata të reja.

Last week we were trained about the challenges of creating unions and the process of drafting and negotiating the collective contract.
The main topics that were part of this training included the concepts about the union, its types, the roles and values on which they are based and how these unions can be used to guarantee, in an organized way, the rights at work.
This training was developed with the facilitation and sharing of the experience of Novi Sindikat, who have been working for three decades in Croatia to guarantee more rights at work for employees of various sectors, offering a new approach against the old unions there, collective contracts, steps to create new unions.
