Trajnimi i 4 paraligjorëve që do të jenë në muajt në vazhdim në terren për të identifikuar rastet që kanë nevojë për mbështetje ligjore në qytetin e Tiranës.
Nisur nga problematikat e hasura, dy ekspertët u fokusuan në dhënien e informacionit paraligjorëve mbi parapërgatitjen e dokumentacionit që nevojitet për të depozituar padi ose kërkesë në gjykatë, si dhe procedura e ekzekutimit të titujve ekzekutive për rastet e debive në institucionet mikrofinanciare.
Trajnimi u organizua në kuadër të projektit ”Efficient legal service for community members, a social business” Inclusive EduJobs – Albania i cili mbështetet nga Fondacioni Shoqeria e Hapur per Shqiperine në partneritet me organizatën greke “KMOP”, me financim të Bashkimit Evropian.

Training 4 paralegals who will be in the field in the coming months to identify cases that need legal support in Tirana. Based on the problems encountered, the two experts focused on providing information to paralegals on the pre-preparation of the documentation needed to file a lawsuit or request in court, as well as the procedure for executing executive titles for cases of debt in microfinance institutions.
The training was organized within the project “Efficient legal service for community members, a social business” which is supported by the Open Society Foundation for Albania in partnership with the Greek organization “KMOP”, with funding from the European Union.
