TAKIM ME AVOKATIN NË GRAMSH

Nga takimi në grup me rastet e identifikuara nga paraligjorja në Gramsh për vërtetimet si anëtarë komuniteti, dolën problematika të tjera. Individët e kanë të vështirë të kontaktojnë me avokatë dhe juristë sepse ju kërkohen shuma të mëdha për t’i ndjekur problemet e tyre në gjykatë, kurse këshillimi ligjor pothuaj mungon.

Qytetarët, në takimin e bërë nga avokati i Drejtësi Sociale, kërkuan informacion mbi problemet e tyre ligjore, përfshirë legalizimin e banesës, bulizmin dhe diskriminimin në shkollë, çështje penale, etj. Morëm shënim rastet ku është e mundur ndërhyrja dhe ndihma jonë, si dhe shpërndamë vërtetimet për të mundësuar përfitimin e bursave shkollore për këta nxënës anëtarë të komunitetit.

Ju njoftojmë se vazhdon shpërndarja e vërtetimeve për ata persona që kanë nevojë për regjistrimin në shkolla.

The paralegal finds the cases, the lawyer and the lawyer consult closely to give them direction

From the group meeting with the cases identified by the paralegal in Gramsh for certification as community members, other problems emerged. Individuals find it difficult to contact lawyers and lawyers because large sums of money are required to pursue their problems in court, while legal advice is almost absent.

Citizens, in the meeting held by the Social Justice lawyer, asked for information on their legal problems, including legalization of housing, bullying and discrimination at school, criminal cases, etc. We took note of the cases where our intervention and help is possible, as well as we distributed certificates to enable the benefit of school scholarships for these students who are members of the community.

We inform you that the distribution of certificates continues for those people who need registration in schools.
