Rasti i komplikuar i 63 vjeçares u ndoq ditët e fundit nga paraligjorja jonë në Tiranë.
Zonja ka pësuar parainfarkt në fillim të vitit 2022 gjatë kohës kur ishte e punësuar në sektorin e pastrimit. Pasi iu nënshtrua një ndërhyrjeje kirurgjikale në QSUT, ka marrë dhe dokumentin për të aplikuar për KEMP pranë shërbimeve sociale. Aty i kthehet përgjigje se nuk mund të aplikojë për shkak se ka kontribute në pesë vitet e fundit, dhe duhet t’i drejtohet Sigurimeve Shoqërore. Fatkeqësisht, edhe atje asaj i refuzohet KEMP-i për shkak se nuk është në moshë aktive dhe ka mbushur moshën e daljes në pension pleqërie. Pensioni është po ashtu i pamundur për 63 vjeçaren sepse në total, ka vetëm 4 vite punë të siguruara. Në rastin se do kishte dalë në pension, ajo do duhej të zgjidhte midis pagesës së KEMP-it dhe pensionit, por duke qenë se nuk i del një i tillë, nuk merr dot asnjërën.
Në këto kushte, e vetmja zgjidhje mbetet aplikimi për ndihmë ekonomike, të cilën paraligjorja jonë do e ndjekë në vazhdim.

The complicated case of the 63-year-old was followed in recent days by our paralegal in Tirana.
The lady suffered a heart attack at the beginning of 2022 while she was employed in the cleaning sector. After undergoing a surgical intervention at QSUT, he also received the document to apply for KEMP at the social services. There he is told that he cannot apply because he has made contributions in the last five years, and he must go to Social Security. Unfortunately, even there she is denied KEMP because she is not of active age and has reached the retirement age. Pension is also impossible for the 63-year-old because in total, she has only 4 years of insured work. In the event that she would have retired, she would have had to choose between the KEMP payment and the pension, but since she does not get one, she cannot receive either.
Under these conditions, the only solution remains the application for economic aid, which our paralegal will follow in the future.
