Mbështetëm dy zonja në qytetin e Beratit me ndihmë ligjore dytësore.
Zonjën Sh.D e përfaqësuam në seancën gjyqësore, pasi ndaj saj po zhvillohet procesi penal për ndërtim të paligjshëm.
Zonjën E.B e përfaqësuam gjatë seancës së marrjes në pyetje para OPGJ-së, pasi po kryhen hetime mbi kryerjen e vepres penale të vjedhjes.
Është shumë e rëndësishme në procesin penal momenti dhe faza procedurale kur e mbështet palën.
Ky aktivitet realizohet ne kuader te projektit “Fuqizimi i të rikthyerve rom dhe egjiptian në bashkitë Devoll, Fier dhe Berat” si pjese e “Fuqizimi i sistemeve kombëtare dhe lokale për të mbështetur integrimin efektiv socio-ekonomik të të rikthyerve në Ballkanin Perëndimor”, Financuar nga Bashkimi Europian dhe zbatuar nga United Nations Development Programme – UNDP UNDP Albania

We supported two ladies in the city of Berat with secondary legal assistance. We represented Ms. Sh.D in the court session, as the criminal process for illegal construction is ongoing against her. We represented Ms. E.B during the interrogation session before the OPGJ, as investigations are being carried out on the commission of the criminal offense of theft.
It is very important in the criminal process the moment and procedural stage when it supports the party.
This activity is carried out within the framework of the project “Empowerment of Roma and Egyptian returnees in the municipalities of Devoll, Fier and Berat” as part of “Strengthening of national and local systems to support the effective socio-economic integration of returnees in the Western Balkans”, Funded from the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Program – UNDP
